The British state has been letting rapists, nonces, burglars, stabbers, and
violent menaces in general off without jail due to prison "overcrowding"
for as long as I can remember.

Now that they're expanding the use of custodial terror tactics against
White people who are unhappy about White schoolgirls being raped and
murdered by foreigners, it turns out there's an emergency plan which means
that they can still make grandmothers with disabled husbands and mothers of
five into political prisoners for Facebook posts.
